We know that, "The more a person knows, the more they grow" both in personal development and business acumen. Simply put, we will never stop offering continuous opportunities to learn more about technical matters, processes, operations, marketing and accounting procedures. This is done at our conventions, workshops and education seminars that are held over 12 times per year.
SUPPORT
We have a full support team to answer mechanical or equipment related questions, technical questions and marketing questions. We are always accessible to you 24 hours a day with pagers and cell phones so that you are not alone. We don't always have all of the answers, but we usually know where we can find them.
Our web based support system is next to none in our industry. Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. And a great place to tap into the pool of invaluable knowledge possessed by the network of franchisees in the system as well as the franchisor.

Both in the technical aspects of our business as well as the computer and software areas, we intend to continually develop new and more efficient ways to perform and manage our businesses.

LISTENING
We are intelligent enough to know that a successful franchise is the result of a combination of the Franchisor keeping their head in the clouds while keeping their feet firmly planted on the ground. We do this by constantly looking two, five, and even ten years down the road to look for trends and potential opportunities. In this way, we as a group don't get left out in left field because we weren't looking ahead. But at the same time we need to be practical (feet on the ground) by listening to our franchisee needs and working diligently to meet them. The franchisor is not the source of all knowledge, it is however, the hub to which information about what is, or what is not working in the field is brought. Then after filtering and testing it is redistributed though the spokes of the wheel to where the "rubber meets the road" for implementation. The true cooperation between franchisor and franchisee makes high achievement a reality.
