Fritz has over twenty-three years experience in various facets of the cleaning industry. He has owned his own building maintenance service, carpet cleaning business, and restoration firm.
He previously was Divisional head of VibraVac, the Commercial Machines and Chemical Division of Rug Doctor Incorporated.

He is certified in over twelve different categories by IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification), including Master Cleaner, Master Restorer, and Certified Senior Carpet Inspector. He is also approved as an instructor for IICRC.
Fritz is an active member of ASCR (Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration) and NIDR (National Institute of Disaster Restoration) and has achieved the ultimate restoration certification, Certified Restorer (C.R.).
Fritz developed from inception and led three national carpet cleaning franchises, one for North Americas largest carpet cleaning equipment rental company, Rug Doctor, Inc. one for the leading restoration contracting franchise in the US, Paul Davis Systems, and one for the nation's dominant carpet retailer, Carpet One.

Ken Hines Jr., Director
Ken Hines Jr. has served as a director of Professional Carpet Systems since 1999. He is also employed as a Managing Director in the Bond and Corporate Finance Group of John Hancock Financial Services in Boston, a position he has held for the past ten years. He is responsible for the management of a $2.5 billion portfolio of investments in the areas of paper, forest products, timber, textiles, and furniture industries. He holds a BS degree in Forestry from North Carolina State University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Hines has been active in the management of Sun-Belt USA, having served as the company's treasurer, a board member, and financial consultant to the company.
Sidney "Cliff" Dwoskin, Sales Broker
Sid Dwoskin, Franchise Counselor. Sid has a unique combination of experience in running several million dollar plus cleaning and restoration businesses prior to coming to PCS. In addition to his hands on experience he was also Director of Franchise sales for two successful franchises. From 1973 until 1994 Mr. Dwoskin was with a major cleaning franchise as a Director and General Trainer, owning multiple franchises in Maryland, Southern California, Virginia and Washington, DC.
