It is important that you have sufficient capital to start this venture so you don't experience cash flow problems early on. You will need a minimum of $15,000 for initial franchise & training fees. There may be additional down payments required, depending on the amount requested and the credit worthiness if the applicant. The interest rate on this type of financing is 10% and the term depends on the amount being financed. Usually the following scale is followed:

The equipment and startup packages can be leased including the van, if you qualify. Your down payment, lease rate and other factors will be based on your credit worthiness. You may use our approved leasing source or your own. You may be able to qualify for a loan through the Small Business Administration (SBA) or your own bank or loan institution.

Various ways to obtain your minimum start-up fees include but are not limited to:

• Taking a second or equity line mortgage on your home
• Borrowing from friends or relatives
• Taking out a loan on a paid for vehicle
• Using savings
• Cashing in retirement or 401k plans
• Cashing in or borrowing against a cash value life insurance policy
• Selling an automobile, boat, RV or other asset
• Selling a collectible
• Selling some stocks

In order to qualify for consideration to be awarded a PCS franchise you must fill in a Confidential Franchise Application Form, a Personal Financial Statement Form, an Authorization to Release Information, and a Behavioral Profile Questionnaire.
