- Franchise fees
- Our minimum franchise fee is $10,000 and pays for 50,000 population. In addition to this, you can purchase more population for 10 cents per person. We highly recommend that you purchase an additional 50,000 population (an additional $5,000) for an opening population of 100,000. If you qualify, we may offer financing on any population that you purchase above our minimum. There may be additional down payments required.

- There is a $1,000 minimum deposit to hold territory, which holds your territory for up to 60 days and is required before we make out the franchise agreement. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied to your franchise fee.
- Training
- The initial training fee is $5,000 for up to four individuals for two weeks
- Royalties
- Weekly royalty of 6% of sale or $45.00 which ever is greater
- There are royalty credits available for high producing franchisees they are as follows ($ amounts are for sales in a calendar year):

- Our basic Equipment package (Click here for details) & Image, Identity & Technical package (Click here for details) contains all the equipment, chemicals, and materials to do all the services that we offer, with the exception of Water Damage Restoration. This package costs $9,994.02

- Van
- We recommend a new 1 ton, long wheelbase, commercial, white van for this business. You can purchase a van through anyone you would like. We carry vans through our approved vendor, Bobby Murray Chevrolet. They have several incentives that many dealers are unaware of. The current cost of a van configured as we recommend (With air conditioning) is $20,798 (afer rebates). This price could fluctuate as rebates are constantly changing. Check with us for the latest quote.
- Computer Package
- Our Computer Package is an option that we highly recommend. It is a complete Operations system as well as a telephony (automated phone calling system.) It does much of the marketing for you and will continue to be a center piece in our system for the future. The entire hardware and software package comes complete ready to run with CPU, 17" Monitor, a four line Dialogic board (no printer) and software for only $9,955 (To learn more about this system Click Here)
